To give you a better insight into All Active Camps, we asked Kate to answer a few questions about her experience of sending her two children to the camp over the past four and a half years.
“We were hoping they’d be entertained and have a fun and happy day. Mainly we just wanted them to enjoy themselves, stay active during the holidays, and come home feeling like they’d had a really good day doing lots of different things.”
“Mine love the swimming. That’s a must for ours. They always talk about that when they get home. They also really enjoy the Lego and spending time building things, and they often mention making new friends and playing with different children during the day.”
“The staff are friendly and remember the children which is lovely and shows they care. It makes a big difference when they greet the kids by name. It all seems very well organised and structured, which gives you confidence that the children are well looked after throughout the day.”
“It’s been the same staff checking in the kids since we’ve been coming (around 4.5 years) which is really reassuring to see the same familiar faces each time. My kids go in happily every morning and are always excited to be there, so I know I don’t need to worry and that they feel comfortable and settled.”
“It’s been really nice for them to make new friends. My daughter especially looks forward to camp and seeing the friends she’s made there again during the holidays. It’s given her something to look forward to and helped her feel more confident socially.”
“We’ve been to one other camp but my daughter much prefers this one as there’s more activities for her to do and to pick from during the day. It suits us well as there’s other options to do, not just sports, such as arts and crafts and Lego. My son started this summer for the first time and their cousins also go, so it’s nice that they can all enjoy it together.”
“Yes, I would and actually already have recommended All Active Camps to other parents. My kids are very happy there and always ask to go back again in the holidays. They really enjoy the variety of activities and the time they spend with friends, and as a parent it’s nice knowing they’re somewhere they genuinely look forward to going. It’s reassuring to see how happy they are when they arrive and how much they enjoy their day.”
“In the words of my daughter age 9 – “It is amazing!””
